Humanitarian Parole
Foreign Nationals situated outside the U.S., who are inadmissible, can petition for humanitarian parole, a form of discretionary lawful admission, as a temporary basis, on a compelling emergency for "urgent humanitarian reasons" or for "significant public benefit".
Submission Process
First normal immigration procedures and application processes cannot be by-passed. After denial thereof, application is made on USCIS Forms I-131 & I-134, with accompanying documentation and payment of all required filing fees.
Re-Parole Requests
Extension of the parole can be requested provided they are filed prior to expiration of the previously granted parole expires.
