Global Entry Trusted Traveler Kiosk Program

The Global Entry Program was initiated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that provides an expedited exit process through customs when returning from outside the U.S. It is available to US citizens, permanent residents and Dutch and Mexican nationals who are frequent travelers into the U.S., ages 14 and older, who are determined to be of low risk.

Application into the program requires online submission through the Global Online Enrollment System (GOES) and a non-refundable $100 fee. After a rigorous background check commission of no crimes an interview will be scheduled. Make sure you take your passport & (green card if applicable) and driver's license. Membership is valid for 5 years.

Then upon US arrival:

  1. Don't fill out the paper declaration form,
  2. Go to kiosk in the customs area,
  3. Insert passport
  4. Provide electronic fingerprints,
  5. Answer declaration questions, take written receipt to expedited exit officer.
