Premium processing service is available for $1225.The initial TN-1 visa is valid for the term of employment up to 3 years. Renewals or extensions in 3 year intervals are available with another USCIS Form I-129 with a filing fee of $325 from the U.S. or by returning to Canada and processing a new TN visa again at the border for $50.
